Westchester County has an inventory of more than 265 buildings, totaling more than 32 million square feet of available space, including:

From 1997 through third quarter 2007 the vacancy rate in the White Plains Central Business District dropped from 28.0% to 12.08%. At the same time, the average price per square foot in the Countyh as increased from $21.43 to $28.78, while the rents in the White Plains Central Business District has increased to $35.70.
