The IDA has worked extensively to increase affordable housing in Westchester. Through both our tax-exempt bond programs, and straight-lease program, the Agency has assisted in the construction of new housing, and in making sure that current affordable housing stays affordable. The Agency has provided benefits for projects encompassing 750 units of affordable housing including:
